For the past 3 years, Ciera has specialized in Head Spa services, developing a genuine passion for creating intentional, immersive experiences centered around relaxation, connection, and wellbeing. Ciera believes that self-care should be more than simply checking something off a list. It should be an opportunity to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself. Ciera takes pride in creating a unique experience for each client, paying attention to the little details that help them feel comfortable, cared for, and completely present in the moment. ↓ Arrival Instructions To help maintain a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for every guest, please text us upon your arrival to let us know you’ve arrived. We kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle until you’re invited inside. Please utilize the parking spaces on the west side of the building. Parking directly in front of the entrance is prohibited. The driveway in front of our door is reserved for drop-offs only. When you are invited in for your appointment, please enter through the private north entrance—the side facing Casey’s. ↓ Spa Etiquette & Guest Experience Each ritual is intentionally designed as a private, restorative experience. To maintain a calm environment for every guest, we ask that no children or additional guests accompany you to your appointment. We also encourage conversations to remain soft and mindful, allowing everyone to fully relax and enjoy the tranquility of the space. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring thoughtful, personalized care in a quiet sanctuary dedicated to rest, renewal, and relaxation. ↓ Head Spa Appointments Our Head Spa experiences are intentional wellness treatments designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of overall well-being. Each service is thoughtfully curated to provide a calming, restorative experience for the mind, body, and soul. While we use high-quality, professional-grade products that may support a healthy scalp and skin, these services are not medical treatments. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure scalp conditions, and we are NOT medical professionals. If you have a known scalp condition, persistent irritation, or other medical concerns, we ask you to consult with your physician or dermatologist before scheduling a service. ↓ Pregnancy Notice For the safety and comfort of our expecting guests, our Head Spa experiences are not available for those who are beyond 20 weeks pregnant. Our spa table requires guests to lie flat for the duration of the service and this cannot be adjusted. ↓ Hair Requirements To ensure the best possible experience, guests with hair extensions, braids, sew-ins, or other protective styles are encouraged to schedule their appointment between hairstyles when their natural hair is accessible. Our head spa experience requires full access to the scalp, and we are unable to perform these services when the scalp is inaccessible due to these hairstyles. For guests with long, thick, curly, coily, or high-density hair that requires additional time and product during your Head Spa experience, please select the For Long/Curly Hair add-on when booking to allow us the additional time needed for thorough cleansing, rinsing, and gentle detangling. This will ensure your experience remains relaxed, unrushed, and is tailored to your hair’s needs. Please note → Long hair is defined as hair extending past the shoulders. ↓ Lash & Brow Appointments Please arrive with clean lashes and brows free of all makeup, oils, and skincare products to ensure the best results. Additional cleansing time or rescheduling may be required if lashes or brows are not properly prepared. ↓ Gift Certificates Gift certificates purchased from our previous location, LUXE HEAD SPA, will continue to be honored through December 31, 2026. Please redeem all gift certificates before this date, as no refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued. If you are redeeming a gift certificate for a spa treatment that requires a deposit at the time of booking, please text us for assistance with scheduling your appointment. We’re happy to help! ↓ Our Commitment to You Your appointment time is valuable. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, we will do our best to provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. If we must cancel your appointment on short notice, we will gladly extend a discount toward your rescheduled service as a thank-you for your understanding and flexibility. In return, we kindly ask that you extend the same courtesy by providing as much notice as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. TRAINING IS PROVIDED. New team members will receive extensive hands-on training to meet the Soul Aesthetics standard for service protocols, client care, and the experience that makes each appointment unique. Cancellation Policy

↓ After Hour Appointments Appointments extending beyond our regular spa hours may be requested on select Mondays and Wednesdays between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Times must be requested no less than 7 days in advance. Please note that after-hour appointments may be subject to a non-refundable fee and will require a minimum service amount to be booked. Appointments are limited and based on availability. Requests may be declined if availability does not permit. ↓ At Soul Aesthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of care and ensure availability for all guests, please review our booking policies before scheduling. ↓ Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for all spa treatments at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. ↓ Gift Certificates Gift Certificates purchased from our previous location will continue to be honored through December 31, 2026. Please redeem all gift certificates before this date, as no refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued. If you are redeeming a gift certificate for a spa treatment that requires a deposit at the time of booking, please text us for assistance with scheduling your appointment. ↓ Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or appointment changes. Our no show and cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-show appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges and may be banned from scheduling future appointments. We understand that emergencies can happen. If something unexpected arises, please communicate with us as soon as possible. ↓ Photo & Video Consent By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and consent to photos and videos being captured during your service and potentially shared on SOUL AESTHETICS social media platforms for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please verbally notify your service provider before your appointment. Your preference will be fully respected.
